Faces of Hate

Look upon the faces of the four men who attempted t murder a Christian schoolteacher, and their gofer who disposed of their bloodstained clothing.

The assault on Gary Smith the head of Religious Education at the Central Foundation Girls' School in Bow will be well known to you. The defendants did not approve of a male, and a Christian teaching girls.

From The London Evening Standard :- Armed with a metal rod and a brick, they punched, kicked and attacked Mr Smith, leaving him unconscious and covered in blood on the pavement in Burdett Road.
Simon Alam, 19, of Whitechapel, Azad Hussain, 26, of Wapping, Sheikh Rashid, 27, of Shadwell, and Akmol Hussein, 26, of Bethnal Green, all in east London, pleaded guilty to causing grievous bodily harm with intent earlier this year.

Sentencing them at east London's Snaresbrook Crown Court, Judge John Hand QC said he believed they all remained a danger to the public due to their extreme religious beliefs.

Addressing the defendants one by one, he said: "Your belief is that you carried out a duty to your God and you did so with no mercy. If you think that people around you in society present an insult or threat to God then you will not hesitate in attacking again in the way that you have acted."

Hussein, who had a niece at the school, was heard to say: "He's mocking us and he's putting thoughts in people's minds. How can somebody take a job to teach Islam when he's not even a Muslim himself?" He was also recorded as saying that he did not care if he had to go to prison over the attack as he was doing it for the sake of Allah.

The court heard that the men had admitted their motivation behind the attack was their religious belief.

Prosecutor Sarah Whitehouse said of Mr Smith: "He was targeted as the victim of this attack quite simply because of his position as head of religious studies at the school. The defendants held very strong religious beliefs and they chose him because they did not approve of his teaching."

He (Judge John Hand QC) said he deemed Akmol Hussein, a social worker and self- employed builder, and Azad Hussain, a finance worker, to have played the greatest role in the planning and execution of the attack and sentenced them each to an indeterminate sentence with a minimum of five years.

Student Alam was told he must serve a minimum of five years in prison before being released on licence for a further five years, while bus driver Rashid was handed a four-year sentence with a further five years on licence.

A fifth defendant, Badruzzuha Uddin, 24, also of Shadwell, was also jailed for two years after previously admitting a charge of assisting an offender after he hid the men's bloodstained clothes.

I remember my days as a clerk of the Crown Court when an attack like this attracted life imprisonment, or at least over 10 years. We live in sad times.

West Ham “mega mosque” group win planning battle over temporary site

This breaking news from London 24 is a huge disappointment.

An Islamic group planning a so-called “mega mosque” in West Ham have won a challenge to keep their current base open. Leaders of Tablighi Jamaat were bidding to overturn an enforcement notice served on their Riverine Centre in Canning Road by Newham Council in February 2010.

Temporary planning permission was granted in 2001, but expired in 2006, since when the group have continued to use the site. At a public inquiry at Newham Town Hall, East Ham, held earlier this year, the group argued they should be granted a two-year extension.

And in a decision notice published today, planning inspector Graham Dudley granted their request — despite admitting harm would be caused to the area and that there was a history of non-compliance with planning guidelines.

He said the “substantial need” for religious facilities and the scarcity of land and finances for new community buildings outweighed the negative factors.

High Court orders 'Islamic Extremist' out of London

That's all well and good, but as he is such a danger what did the 'midlands town' do wrong to deserve him. Surely he should be deported, as he has dual nationality. From the London Evening Standard.

A man security services say was the leading figure in "a close group of Islamic extremists based in north London" must be moved out of the capital to protect the public, the High Court has ruled.

The man, who is subject to a control order and can only be referred to as "CD", has attempted to obtain firearms, according to intelligence reports. CD was reported to have attended the training camp organised by Muhammed Hamid, and also attended by the 21/7 bombers, at Baysbrown Farm in Cumbria in May 2004.

Mr Justice Simon said CD's removal to an undisclosed address "in a Midland city" was "a necessary and proportionate measure to protect the public from the risk of what is an immediate and real risk of a terrorist-related attack".

The risk was "significant", notwithstanding the high level of protection implicit in his control order obligations. It was the Home Office case that relocation was necessary to prevent covert meetings with his associates in London to plan attacks.

The judge said the family of CD, who is married with two children, are entitled to a travel allowance to visit him, but that did not mean such allowances should be made available in every relocation case.

CD, who has dual British and Nigerian nationality, was served with a control order in February this year. The 12-month order was imposed following Government assertions that putting him on trial risked revealing intelligence sources.

BBC's report of Tommy Robinson's trial omits certain key details.

The BBC says -

A group of English Defence League supporters clashed with youths outside a magistrates court as their founder faced charges inside. EDL leader Stephen Lennon was attending West London Magistrates Court in Hammersmith. He was facing charges over an Armistice Day poppy-burning stunt by Islamic extremists. About 65 people were involved in the fracas. The Met's Territorial Support Group made five arrests.

For 'youths' read 'Muslim youths' some of whom were way past the age of 21.
During the 'fracas' eye witnesses are reporting that a young woman was punched in the face by a muslim male; her nose may be broken and she may require stitches. The EDL members were then kettled in a pen.
They report that Emdadur Choudhury was fined £50 for burning a poppy on Armistance day but completely fail to mention that for trying to drag down the treasonable black flag of jihad that flew above the burning poppy Tommy was order to pay fines and costs of over £300. He and his wife work, of course; Choudhury is on benefits which we taxpayers provide.

More detailed eyewitness reports of events outside court may, I hope, follow.

Another Friday, this time outside the US Embassy in Grosvenor Square.

I came late to the “funeral tribute” to the late Osama Bin Laden outside the US Embassy Grosvenor Square led by Anjem Choudary this afternoon. I anticipate reports later from others who were there in the thick of it, and from the beginning. I put some photographs up already on the New English Review and am putting others here.
The Daily Mail reports that the Muslims clashed with the police and that there were ugly scenes.

A protest by hundreds of Osama Bin Laden supporters sparked fury outside the US Embassy in London today as they staged a mock 'funeral service' for the terror leader. Radicals carrying placards proclaiming 'Islam will dominate the world' branded US leaders 'murderers' and warned vengeance attacks were 'guaranteed'.
The protest came shortly after the verdict into the 7/7 inquest was released by Lady Justice Heather Hallett. She recorded that the 52 victims had been 'unlawfully' killed when four terrorists attacked three London Underground trains and a bus in 2005. However just three miles from the Royal Court of Justice, Muslim protester Abu Muaz, 28, from east London claimed 'it is only a matter of time' before another attack and that the 'West is the enemy'.
An EDL member did manage to slip through police lines to unveil an effigy of Bin Laden in the middle of the 300-strong group of extremist Muslims.

By the time I got there the EDL were opposing the Muslims to the left of the Embassy and the Muslims were corralled to the right. The atmosphere was tense and I was told that there had been arrests.
The pictures speak for themselves.

The EDL numbered 30 or 40. This being a core working day, I know that many could not get the day off work or change their shifts at short notice. They sang their usual songs, and reminded the Muslims who pays their benefits. The Muslims were told that Osama bin Laden, a mass murderer was not worthy of the respect they accord him and Anjem Choudary was advised that the EDL would not allow him to spout his propaganda anywhere in the country without challenge.
In contrast, this being a Friday, there were many more Muslims.
They had the benefit of a sound system which was loud, although I couldn’t always make out what they were saying, even when the speeches were in English. Fragments which stuck in my mind include.
• Our Sheikh Osama bin laden was a great man, and he was a terrorist; he struck fear and terror in the hearts of the west and the Americans.
• We have come here today to ask for the release of our dear Sheikh Omar Abdel-Rahman, an Egyptian scholar, a man of over 70 held for no reason.
That he has been convicted of serious crimes and sentence accordingly means little to those who do not recognise the jurisdiction of non sharia courts. There were also posters calling for the release of Aafia Siddique. Her conviction after trial by jury for attempted murder, is in their eyes “nothing wrong”.
• Brothers and sisters, we have come here to deliver a letter to the Embassy for Barak Hussein Obama to ask for the release of our dear Sheikh Omar Abdel-Rahman. But a policeman has told us that the embassy cannot accept our letter. They are afraid!!! We will send the letter by post.
• Islam is coming back, Islam is coming back. We must let them know two words. Religion of Peace. Religion of Jihad. Religion of Power.
Shouts of Jihad! Jihad! were met with cries from the EDL of “Go to work” “Get a job”.

A speech was made for the benefit of President Obama which the speaker said he would make in Arabic. I caught the President’s name “Barak, something Hussein Obama” several times.
Their protest ended with instructions that there would not be a demonstration through the streets on the way out but that everybody was to keep together and move carefully. They filed out of the square under police escort and looked to be heading toward Bond Street underground station.

The EDL were held for some time and then told they would be escorted to Marble Arch station. They were taken the scenic route, down South Audley Street, into Park Lane, up to Marble Arch, into Edgware Road, past Tyburn, back down Edgware Road, then halted in Oxford Street.

TW III
We are currently collecting information on the unacceptable behaviour and approach showed yesterday towards the patriots, this includes someone that was arrested because they were holding an effigy of the recently departed Worlds No1 most wanted man/terrorist because it offended someone?? when you had 200 people praying in a square for a man that was responsible for many deaths around the world including U.K Citizens (No arrests for offense here?), we will not accept this attitude showed towards us by the Police and will be seeking answers as to why they believe this is acceptable. No charges have been levied against those Patriots that were arrested yesterday, why, because they were initially arrested for nothing!
Answers are needed as the Patriots will not put up with this attitude showed towards them.
Roll on Tower Hamlets, this is going to be the biggest demonstration ever!

Poison in holy water from Mecca: Illegal bottles on sale in London contain arsenic!

Drinking water containing arsenic is being sold illegally in London to Muslims who believe it is holy, an investigation has found.

"Zam Zam water" from a well in Mecca is considered sacred by Muslim pilgrims. Visitors are allowed to bring back small amounts but Saudi Arabia has banned any commercial export.

A BBC investigation (using an undercover researcher) discovered Zam Zam water was being sold by Muslim bookshops in Wandsworth, south-west London, and Upton Park, east London, as well as in Luton, Bedfordshire.

"The water is poisonous, particularly because of the high levels of arsenic, which is a carcinogen," said Dr Duncan Campbell, president of the Association of Public Analysts. "The limits set in drinking water are set there for very good reason. Once the water gets above that limit, it's not safe."

Secret recordings captured the vendors describing customers who drank it daily. "They depend on it, they don't drink anything else," said the owner of an Islamic bookshop in Upton Park.

The BBC asked a pilgrim to take samples from taps which were linked to the Zam Zam well and to buy bottles on sale in Mecca, to compare the water on sale illegally with the genuine source. These showed high levels of nitrate and potentially harmful bacteria, and traces of arsenic at three times the permitted maximum level, just like the illegal water which was purchased in the UK.

The Saudi embassy in London declined to comment on the issue of contamination at the source in Mecca.

I saw the 6.30pm news report last night. If you go to Walsingham and buy a bottle to fill at the shrine that bottle costs a few pence and will hold maybe a teacup full. I believe Lourdes water is taken in similar quantities. These bookshops have bottles stacked ceiling high, of those square water bottles that hold as much as a gallon.

Warnings about tainted Zam Zam water come every year around the time of Ramadan. Because of the ban on commercial export it has usually been assumed that the water sold, as well as being unwholesome, is also fake. I often wondered where they got it if it was so contaminated with arsenic. In the famous 'Peckham spring' episode from the comedy show Only Fools and Horses Del sold water from the kitchen tap in his flat in Peckham as spring water. London tap water is perfectly safe, even if it does not suit the delicate palate of the bruschetta chompers of Waitrose.

Where the BBC investigation is interesting is that it found that the well in Mecca has the same levels of contamination as the water sold in the UK, suggesting that it is genuinely from Mecca. I wonder what Meccan tap water is like? One good thing about the city being forbidden to infidels, we don't get exposed to their polluted water.

Is this another reason for the expensive health problems suffered by many Muslim families, to add to their rickets from lack of vitamin D in burka clad women and children, and the genetic defects from generations of first cousin marriage and inbreeding?

Chingford Mosque Extension "Denied"

I have it on good Authority that tonight the planning committee at Waltham Forest by unanimous decision decided to uphold an earlier decision by planning to refuse the extension of the Islamic Book Shop based at 90-92 Chingford Mount Road which now appears to be called a Mosque.
The grounds for refusal were numerous, the main issue was parking and the fact the local residents (after finding out about such plans) got together a 700 name petition against the plans. Even though the Mosque sought the services of a Muslim Councillor Afzal Akram from the other end of the borough and also paid for the services of Michael Sierrens an Architect from Orford Road Walthamstow to assist with their case, they were unsuccessful in their arguments. Even a Councillor on the planning actually criticized the fact the local population had not been consulted properly, the whole thing stunk as times were based around holidays, but common sense prevailed in the end.
